Tho is responsible for tasks related to the management of ISET’s research and intervention projects in Vietnam. She provides program support including proposal development, research & learning, translation, and event organization. Tho holds an MSc in Environment and International Development of University of East Anglia, UK; and Bachelor's degrees in English Studies and Finance and Banking of Hanoi University, Vietnam. Prior to ISET-International, Tho had worked in the financial department of Save the Children and Oxfam in Vietnam.
