Agricultural Engineering graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management
Dilip is based in India and has worked on programs related to rural energy, renewable energy technology systems and climate change. Functional areas of his work cover project management and implementation, institutional development, monitoring and evaluation, socio-economic impact assessment, policy research including energy sector reforms, climate change adaptation in urban areas, and capacity building. His current interests are research related to the linkages between climate change adaptation and mitigation and cost benefit analysis of climate change adaptation. Dilip is an Agricultural Engineering graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).
