Overview
Enhancing Access to Benefits while Lowering Emissions (EnABLE) is a new World Bank funding window specifically aimed at benefiting women, youth, and Indigenous Peoples. ISET utilized its expertise in MEL methodologies, alongside its commitment and proven track record of working in partnership with disadvantaged populations to design and draft the initial MEL framework for this global fund. The goal of this framework is to ensure that this new climate finance window is robust and assesses progress in a way that is both sensitive and responsive to disadvantaged populations.
